Riyadh – Mubasher: Middle East Healthcare Company (Saudi German Health) has appointed its leadership for the new board of directors session following a meeting held on 15 July 2026.
The board approved the selection of Abdulaziz Hashim Al Anzi, an independent member, as Chairman of the Board. Ahmed Abdullah Al Ali, also an independent member, was appointed as Vice Chairman.
The appointments follow the Ordinary General Meeting (OGM) held on 7 July 2026, where shareholders elected the board for a new term. This four-year cycle officially commenced on 8 July 2026 and is scheduled to conclude on 7 July 2030.
In addition to the leadership roles, the company appointed Moath Mohammed Al Zarkan as Secretary of the Board. The board also designated company representatives to interface with the Capital Market Authority (CMA) and the Saudi Tadawul Group to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and listing rules.
Saudi German Health stated that the formation of the audit committee will be announced separately at a later date in accordance with governing regulations and policies.
The company’s shareholders approved a cash dividend distribution totaling SAR 46.02 million for 2025.
